39 years ago, on 16 August 1977 left life at age 42 years, the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley. Presley died in Memphis, as a result of a heart attack, but the work and the myth that he created, never stopped living after his termination. The King, the King, otherwise known as Elvis Presley, is today a source of inspiration for generations of musicians and singers of Rock and Roll. His appearance on the stage and mimicry which accompany his performances, returned a pattern in American and world culture. The first album of Elvis Presley-t, that bore his name, managed to sell more than 360 thousand copies in just one month and became the first disk in the history of music that sells more than 1 million copies. Some of the most famous songs of Elvis Prelsey are Can not Help Falling in Love, Hound Dog, Love Me Tender, or Do not Be Cruel. In total the King of Rock and Roll's released 61 albums, selling more than 1 billion discs, a world record which he shares with other legends like the Beatles or Michale Jackson.
