At least 11 people were killed and 78 others were injured as a result of the explosion of a car bomb near a police station in the town of Cizre, in southeastern Turkey. The victims were all police officers and some of the wounded are in serious condition.
The powerful blast occurred in the early hours of the morning, the General Destroyed City Police.
Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim, blamed Kurdish PKK militants for the attack. The head of government said that "no terrorist group can not be taken hostage Turkey" and "cowardly assassins will receive the deserved response."
City of Cizres, near the border with Syria, has become the battlefield often between the Turkish army and Kurdish separatists.
Turkey launched a campaign last days of bombing, the other side of the border, in northern Syria, striking positions of the Islamic State terrorists and Kurdish bases.
